Condition of Items

Because we sell undergarments, hygiene is our top priority. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners must be completely intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show any signs of wear, washing, or missing hygiene stickers.
